Cherry Jeffs
Artist, designer, gardener and earth-lover, I was born in the UK but have been living in Spain for the last thirteen years which gives me an interesting perspective on just about everything!
I currently write two blogs: We Are What We Grow based on the theme of ecopsychology (the synergistic relationship between environmental and personal well-being) and DialogVisual (the fledgling extension of my former WordPress blog on art and creativity. I am also active on various forums with similar themes as well as being an occasional contributor to An Uncarved Blog and Loja On-Line.
My greatest creative love is making collages which is a natural step on from my previous career as a graphic designer and I exhibit my work regularly. Being an avid journal-keeper – both written and visual – I constantly document the creative process. Recently I have become motivated to put all this useful information to good use so as well as writing articles on Suite 101, I am also launching a new range of courses aimed at empowering artists and other creative people. More news on DialogVisual soon!
As if all this weren't enough I'm also an eclectic cook, a film-fanatic, a Mac-lover and a keen traveller. So expect to find my articles popping up in all sorts of different sections!
